Through an annual program, with a clear roadmap, the <strong>know-how<\/strong> of the Miramar Polyclinics \u2013 Juaneda Assistance Network increases exponentially. In particular, four clear objectives were set:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Train HR Department personnel<\/strong> to be responsible for implementing and maintaining an Equality Plan and raising awareness among the workforce. With increasing numbers of visits to the different centers, it is essential to raise awareness.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Organize health training for Miramar Polyclinics staff:<\/strong> When dealing with what is most valuable, human lives, staff training is a priority.
