We were pioneers with the Self-diagnosis tool<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0based on the European framework of\u00a0DIGCOMP<\/a>, created for the telecentre network of\u00a0Guadalinfo<\/a>, dependent on Fernando de los R\u00edos Consortium<\/a> (participated by the Junta de Andaluc\u00eda and the provincial councils). And we did it very well. That is why the project\u00a0CyL Digital<\/a>,<\/strong>\u00a0an initiative of the telecommunications DG of the Counseling<\/strong> of Development and Environment of the Government of Castilla y Le\u00f3n<\/strong><\/a>, we obtained the tender for the implementation and dissemination of a platform for digital skills certifications for citizens<\/strong>, an ambitious project of 18 months of work.<\/p>\n
