{"id":9336,"date":"2020-12-04T12:44:44","date_gmt":"2020-12-04T11:44:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/projects.grupomainjobs.com\/?p=9336"},"modified":"2020-12-17T10:36:14","modified_gmt":"2020-12-17T09:36:14","slug":"competencias-digitales-melilla","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/projects.grupomainjobs.com\/eng\/competencias-digitales-melilla\/","title":{"rendered":"Service for the acquisition of digital skills in Melilla"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mainjobs Group has been selected by the General Directorate of the Information Society of Melilla for the development of a <strong>ambitious and exciting digital training project<\/strong> for the citizens.<\/p>\n<p>The characteristics of the Autonomous City of Melilla, both geographically and socially, with a high rate of immigration with low qualifications, cause a <strong>complex economic situation<\/strong>, with a high level of unemployment and inequalities that make it necessary <strong>specific action plans<\/strong> To respond to <strong>employability needs, technological and professional training<\/strong>, focused on strengthening the <strong>productive fabric<\/strong> from the city.<\/p>\n<p>Mainjobs Group will put all of its resources at the service of the City of Melilla. <strong>experience in digital skills acquisition plans<\/strong> to implement a <strong>comprehensive and free training plan for citizens<\/strong>, which will be based on three types of training itineraries:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Digital literacy plan for citizens with a low level of digital skills<\/strong>: Through a training itinerary composed of four courses that will cover the different areas of the DIGCOMP 2.1 framework, thus forming a unique and progressive itinerary that trains citizens in the 5 areas of digital competence.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Training program for new digital professions<\/strong>: The digital transformation has revolutionized the labor market and every year new jobs emerge for which there are no qualified candidates.
