edition of the course on the LCSP for AMAyA staff"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Yesterday we started the <strong>2nd edition of the online course on the Public Sector Contract Law<\/strong> (Law 9\/2017) for the <strong>Environment and Water Agency of Andalusia<\/strong>, belonging to the<strong> Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Sustainable Development<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In this online course, <strong>Agency staff will learn to interpret public procurement regulations in accordance with the new law<\/strong> with the following objectives:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 4\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze the latest <strong>new features introduced<\/strong> in the matter <strong>as a result of regulatory change<\/strong> and the consequences of its application.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Determine the subjective and objective requirements of public procurement<\/strong> in order to qualify your attendance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Identify the hiring procedure<\/strong>, its phases, with special emphasis on the different award procedures to determine, in each case, the one that is applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>And, all of this, <strong>valuing the importance of a rigorous application of the regulations<\/strong> recruitment <strong>by public employees<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>All these objectives will be achieved by our students with the help of the expert <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/mar%C3%ADa-dolores-godoy-gonz\u00e1lez-98262a137\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Mar\u00eda Dolores Godoy Gonz\u00e1lez<\/a> which has extensive experience in teaching legal courses both in person and online.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Our academic team, accompanied by the technical team and the teaching team, have worked with great enthusiasm both in the design and in the delivery of this course to satisfy the needs of the now 165 students. <strong>We know that soon there will be more in the 3rd and 4th edition and we
