What began as primitive mailing lists progressed to the creation of standards such as Moodle, generating <\/span><b>A revolution<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that changed the educational opportunities of millions of people around the world.<\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Later, with the arrival of the Post-PC era, we went crazy eliminating the flash modules and making all the courses responsive so that students could see and train from the palm of their hand.<\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After almost three decades of e-learning, the majority of people, entities and organizations have not realized the <\/span><b>structural failure we face<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Both face-to-face and online training are <\/span><b>misinterpreting the real needs of a student<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> characterized by:<\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Most smartphone and tablet users <\/span><b>They only use seven applications<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (email, browser, WhatsApp, Instagram, one or two games, YouTube, etc.), <\/span><b>none<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of which is commonly used <\/span><b>for education<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Attention deficit <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">chronic and increasing that implies difficulties in reading comprehension and lack of autonomy in complex digital work environments. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Less time availability and <\/span><b>predisposition to effort<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of the students.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>No skills to use a PC<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Today, 56% of Japanese people between 10 and 19 years old have never used a PC (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/url.mixx.io\/?o=web&amp;u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.asahi.com%2Fajw%2Farticles%2FAJ201803290068.html\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">are lost among the new generations of university students<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">). <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Regardless of the starting socioeconomic or educational conditions of the students, we are faced with the challenge of understanding that <\/span><b>society has changed<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and that we cannot continue thinking of teletraining as a simple pedagogical adaptation of the face-to-face training model.
