mainfor<\/strong> is an international Spanish company for the design, manufacturing, distribution and marketing of training and technological services <\/strong>, specialized in the continuing training sector. Mainfor has commercial presence in 12 countries<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Define<\/strong>: Define the competencies of the different jobs and the training plan, prioritizing training needs.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Elaborate<\/strong>: Customize the courses and design the training content necessary for delivery.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Implant<\/strong>: Implement corporate tools for communication, management, execution of training and evaluation of skills.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Organize<\/strong>: Organize the social insurance bonus for training provided by companies.<\/p>\n

\u2013 to impart<\/strong>: Provide training in any modality: face-to-face, blended, online, distance or teletraining.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Assess<\/strong>: Evaluate the transfer of acquired knowledge and the return on investment in training.<\/p>\n

What do we do differently with our students?<\/h3>\n

We do not teach canned catalog courses and that's it. We work with our students face to face<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

All our students carry out a needs diagnosis before starting training. Among other information, we know first-hand and with enough time your expectations and we take them into account throughout the training.<\/p>\n

Regardless of the specific objectives of the course, until we exceed the objectives that were set, having assumed them ourselves, we do not finish our work.<\/p>\n
