for the state call for vocational training for employment."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On May 12, 2016, the Board of Trustees of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fundaciontripartita.org\/Pages\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">State Foundation for Employment Training<\/a> reached a consensus for the preparation of the proposal for a call for the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fundaciontripartita.org\/Noticias\/Noticias\/aprobada_convocatoria.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">training of employed workers<\/a>.It has been quite a challenge as it is the first under the umbrella of the broad regulatory change that the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/diario_boe\/txt.php?id=BOE-A-2015-9734\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Law of 30\/2015<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Focused on promoting the individual qualification of workers to help improve their employability but also the global competitiveness of companies, it includes notable elements such as:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The participation of up to 30% of unemployed workers.<\/li>\n<li>Prioritizing the areas of new technologies, internationalization of companies, energy savings and entrepreneurship.<\/li>\n<li>Provision for professionals linked to social health care and phytosanitary control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>With an amount of 250 million that will be distributed in the following items:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sectoral training plans, 216 million;<\/li>\n<li>Intersectoral training plans, 22 million;<\/li>\n<li>Intersectoral training plans aimed at active people linked to the third sector, 6 million;<\/li>\n<li>Intersectoral training plans for self-employed workers, 6 million.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The final publication is expected in the near future, from Mainjobs we will continue to promptly inform you of
