Pablo Real discovered SAP more than ten years ago during an internship at a construction company. At that time, he worked processing invoices and generating financial reports.<\/strong>.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Over time, he began to notice a recurring problem in each new job: having to adapt and learn different ERPs from scratch. He chose SAP because it was the system he had worked with the most and because he saw enormous career potential within the ecosystem. Today he affirms that it was a wise choice, as SAP remains the leading ERP in the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From SAP consultant to professor<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Although initially his path was oriented towards consulting, teaching appeared almost by chance while he was studying for a Master's degree in Teacher Training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe opportunity arose and ended up becoming one of the best experiences of my professional career.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently, he combines SAP projects with training, allowing him to expose students to real-world situations they will encounter in companies and consulting firms. His goal is for the training to go beyond theory and have practical application from day one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The initial difficulty and the moment when everything falls into place<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

One of the points he most often emphasizes to his students is that getting started with SAP can be tough. The sheer number of new concepts and business processes often leads to frustration at first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAfter a few weeks, the pieces start to fall into place, and that\u2019s when they really connect with SAP.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to him, the difference between those who progress and those who quit usually lies in consistency and curiosity to practice and investigate within the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From his experience in training projects in Andalusia and Extremadura, Pablo has seen how many students manage to redirect their professional career thanks to SAP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently, he believes the market is experiencing a particularly favorable moment due to the migration of companies to SAP S\/4HANA, which is increasing the demand for profiles specialized in modules such as FI, MM, SD or CO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAs consultants, our job is to adapt SAP to the real needs of the business.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That's why he insists so much on connecting the classes with real-life situations that students may encounter in their professional future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
