{"id":19410,"date":"2023-06-23T13:04:24","date_gmt":"2023-06-23T12:04:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/projects.grupomainjobs.com\/?p=19410"},"modified":"2024-08-05T10:18:13","modified_gmt":"2024-08-05T09:18:13","slug":"mejores-empresas-para-trabajar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/projects.grupomainjobs.com\/eng\/mejores-empresas-para-trabajar\/","title":{"rendered":"Mainjobs, in the TOP 10 of the best companies to work in Spain"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The international independent consulting firm ChooseMyCompany certifies Mainjobs with its HappyIndex At Work badge, which positions us as one of the best companies to work for in the country<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Yesterday, June 22, 2023, the ChooseMyCompany awards ceremony took place in Barcelona, where we received the HappyIntex At Work certification, after becoming  <strong>one of the companies best valued by its team in the independent consulting firm&#039;s annual survey<\/strong>, which measures the level of <em>engagement<\/em> of people with the organizations in which they work through an anonymous 100% questionnaire that measures the degree of satisfaction in the following areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Professional development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Direction and trust in the management team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recognition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reason to be<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sustainable development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The results of this survey have positioned us in the <a href=\"https:\/\/choosemycompany.com\/es\/clasificaciones\/2023\/at-work?regionCode=ES&amp;size=50-%2a\" rel=\"noopener\">TOP 10 of the best companies with more than 50 employees to work in Spain<\/a><\/strong>, with a level of <em>engagement<\/em> higher than the average of companies in the country and, specifically, in the new technology sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among the aspects most valued by the Mainjobs team are the <strong>possibilities for growth and professional development, the trust placed at an ascending and descending level in the teams<\/strong> and the very human perspective with which we work, establishing clear working relationships in which each person counts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thus, we join a list of large companies (we are not referring only to size) that have achieved this certification both in Spain and in other countries: L&#039;Oreal, Danone, Capgemini or Schneider, among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obtaining the HappyIndex At Work certification is nothing more than the result of our<em> <\/em>daily effort to create an environment of happy professional development, in which productivity and quality of service go hand in hand with the personal satisfaction of each team member.
