At Mainjobs we have been a company awarded by the Ministry of Industry and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation through the EOI Foundation of a new project to the development of an innovative training program where more than a thousand people with management positions in SMEs will be trained to digitally transform their organizations.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The program, titled Digital Generation SMEs<\/a><\/strong>, is an ambitious project framed within the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan that allows professionals from companies with between 10 and 249 workers<\/strong> participate, on a fully subsidized basis, in a top-level executive program on digitalization,<\/strong> with a limit of two participants per company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Morales, our Director of Operations, highlights the extensive experience that the Mainjobs team accumulates in digital transformation projects of companies and training in digital skills: \u201cAs a result of a high level of specialization in the execution of this type of projects,<\/strong> State and regional administrations have been awarding us the most demanding digitalization projects<\/strong>, mainly framed in the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n During the program, Participants will analyze the challenges and opportunities of applying new technologies to transform their companies<\/strong> from different points of view: products\/processes, data\/technology, culture\/organization...
