skills assessment and talent management in companies through a secure proctoring system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This system offers a 360\u00b0 interaction between workers and human resources departments that allows the development of selection processes, as well as the development of professional skills evaluation tests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" 1299w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The solution<a href=\"https:\/\/www.opentalent.es\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.opentalent.es\/\" rel=\"noopener\"> Opentalent 4.0<\/a> provides companies with a system that prevents identity theft in these evaluation processes and guarantees that each worker performs the tests using exclusively their skills:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Improvement in selection processes, reducing the time spent on each process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improvement in the design of personalized training plans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promotion of teleworking and the incorporation of offshore talent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To achieve this, the tool has an alert system in case you want to use applications external to the test environment, such as web browsers, generating a safe environment similar to a physical classroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through the administration environment, you can create independent rooms and invite interested people, as well as record the sessions to have evidence in case irregularities occur during the development of the tests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the secure environment for carrying out selection tests and skills evaluation, Opentalent 4.0 has different functional modules:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Balanced scorecard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Module for identifying training resources linked to the professional skills of each job.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intelligent recommender of training resources based on detected needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The solution is also easily integrated with the personnel management systems used by different companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OpenTalent 4.0 is a project funded by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism within the framework of the support program for innovative business groups, with file number AEI-010500-2021b-134 and developed by&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/projects.grupomainjobs.com\/\"> Mainjobs Group<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.i-ontech.es\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.i-ontech.es\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Ontech Granada
