Description and functions:
Design and coordinate the digital assessment methodology and customized action plans. Define metrics and indicators for digital maturity assessment based on SEGITTUR's strategic capabilities. Provide technological consulting services to tourism businesses, identifying areas for improvement in their business management to maximize customer experience and increase profits. On-site visits to businesses are required to conduct the diagnostic assessment and deliver a customized action plan for each company.
