Fa milions d&#039;anys que perfeccionem les nostres tecnologies per estar m\u00e9s temps en posici\u00f3 horitzontal o prenent radiaci\u00f3 solar.<\/span><br \/>\nAquest somni \u00e9s cada cop m\u00e9s a prop. No \u00e9s com van pensar els pioners del cinema o la ci\u00e8ncia ficci\u00f3 de m\u00e0 de tones de lluent i amena\u00e7ant ferralla amb ulls de vermell p\u00edxel, sin\u00f3 via xarxes socials i landing.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els aut\u00f2mats en forma de <\/span><b>ChatBots ens envaeixen sense contemplaci\u00f3 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fent m\u00e9s humans als humans i per tant m\u00e9s ganduls i prescindibles.<\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si fem un petit rep\u00e0s, ja no \u00e9s com abans on la fabricaci\u00f3 d&#039;aquests contestadors 2.0 nom\u00e9s estava a l&#039;abast d&#039;equip de programadors i mesos de l\u00ednies de codi. Ara qualsevol incaut armat d&#039;una tablet o smartphone pot llan\u00e7ar les seves hordes d&#039;obedients majordoms digitals. <\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entre els serveis en qu\u00e8 ja estan funcionant tenim:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Facebook.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Twitter.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hi ha plugins per a WordPress.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Telegram.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Properament WhatsApp.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per\u00f2 abans de pensar en fer servir un bots per al b\u00e9, fer Inbound m\u00e0rqueting , vegem el que \u00e9s un bot:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>\u00c9s un programa que imita el comportament hum\u00e0 i respon a comentaris a RRSS o als serveis de missatgeria instant\u00e0nia. Poden crear-se per facilitar la gesti\u00f3 d&#039;aquests serveis i ser capa\u00e7os de contestar preguntes predefinides o fins i tot fer enquestes, formularis, etc.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per\u00f2 abans que pensis que aix\u00f2 de les m\u00e0quines no s\u00f3n per a tu, reflexiona en quines circumst\u00e0ncies ja assumim com a habitual aquests serveis o modalitat (i fins i tot ho agra\u00efm):<\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Caixers autom\u00e0tics.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00e0quines de vending.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Predictors de text (potser aquest no en sigui un bon exemple).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9s tan sols q\u00fcesti\u00f3 de temps que els convencionalismes socials caiguin i els nostres prosumidors acceptin de bona gana ser atesos per un assistent digital.<\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#039;aplicaci\u00f3 dels bots cada dia es multiplica i dep\u00e8n en certa mesura de la teva imaginaci\u00f3 i tipus de negoci, per\u00f2 qualsevol pime o activitat el pot fer servir, per exemple sobre la plataforma que ofereix Telegram, per a:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oferir informaci\u00f3 senzilla i de baix nivell al client (horaris, ubicacions, disponibilitat d\u00b4estoc, etc).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Filtrar i donar suport a serveis t\u00e8cnics d&#039;humans.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Realitzar enquestes i millor el saber fer sobre el buyer persona.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Accelerar o detectar estats del Buyer Journey.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dimensionar la narrativa transm\u00e8dia i l&#039;storytelling del nostre m\u00e0rqueting.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Donar engagement al nostre canal.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No cal dir que <\/span><b>\u00e9s una bona idea fer-los servir a Buyer Persones amb perfils geeks <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">les aficions del qual incloguin aquest tipus \u201ccuriositats\u201d o qualsevol tipus de client amb timidesa social o simplement <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/soydigital.ayerviernes.com\/early-adopters-que-son-y-por-que-importan-en-tu-negocio\/\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">early adopters<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<b>Alguns dels exemples que millor estan funcionant, per qualitat, nivell d&#039;humanitzaci\u00f3, innovaci\u00f3, sentit i integraci\u00f3 amb la resta de servei de l&#039;empresa s\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Twitter d&#039;El Pa\u00eds (@el_pais): <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amb un DM a aquest compte podem tenir un servei personalitzat de not\u00edcies.<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>P<\/strong><\/span><\/b><b>olitibot: <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquest experiment de comunicaci\u00f3 totalment transm\u00e8dia t\u00e9 el seu eix central en un bloc, per\u00f2 sobretot al seu podcast, que \u00e9s perfectament complementat pel Bot de Telegram (@politibot) que genera continguts interactius di\u00e0riament.<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>Sequel Stories: <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Basat en el messenger de Facebook \u00e9s una actualitzaci\u00f3 del paradigma de <\/span>Trieu la vostra pr\u00f2pia aventura <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">que en format llibre va tenir tant \u00e8xit als 80 i 90 a Espanya.<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Podeu imaginar les vostres aplicacions en entorns educatius?, combinats amb una correcta gesti\u00f3 del control del coneixement podr\u00edem tenir un poder\u00f3s instrument per potenciar l&#039;e-learning.
