
{"id":15577,"date":"2022-09-12T11:06:00","date_gmt":"2022-09-12T10:06:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/projects.grupomainjobs.com\/?p=15577"},"modified":"2024-01-09T13:51:09","modified_gmt":"2024-01-09T12:51:09","slug":"grupo-mainjobs-lidera-la-segunda-fase-del-proyecto-opentalent-4-0-para-la-mejora-de-la-gestion-del-talento","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/projects.grupomainjobs.com\/ca\/grupo-mainjobs-lidera-la-segunda-fase-del-proyecto-opentalent-4-0-para-la-mejora-de-la-gestion-del-talento\/","title":{"rendered":"Grup Mainjobs lidera la segona fase del projecte Opentalent 4.0 per a la millora de la gesti\u00f3 del talent"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>El projecte <a href=\"https:\/\/www.opentalent.es\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Opentalent 4.0<\/a> inicia la segona fase de desenvolupament<\/strong> per incorporar noves funcionalitats associades a la gesti\u00f3 del talent mitjan\u00e7ant l&#039;acreditaci\u00f3 automatitzada de l&#039;experi\u00e8ncia al lloc de treball, d&#039;acord amb el m\u00e8tode ILUO.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/projects.grupomainjobs.com\/blog\/2022\/04\/29\/descubre-opentalent-4-0-una-nueva-solucion-para-la-evaluacion-inteligente-de-competencias-y-gestion-del-talento-en-las-empresas\/\">Fa uns mesos v\u00e0rem anunciar la creaci\u00f3 d&#039;aquest projecte<\/a> per avaluar les compet\u00e8ncies i la gesti\u00f3 del talent a les empreses mitjan\u00e7ant una proctoritzada asseguran\u00e7a. <strong>A causa de l&#039;\u00e8xit de la primera fase, s&#039;ha engegat una segona etapa<\/strong> que no nom\u00e9s implementar\u00e0 millores al mateix programa, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 afegeix altres funcionalitats de gran valor en aquest \u00e0mbit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gr\u00e0cies a aix\u00f2, <strong>el sistema permetr\u00e0 l&#039;avaluaci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua intel\u00b7ligent de la relaci\u00f3 de les persones treballadores amb l&#039;empresa, <\/strong>mitjan\u00e7ant laplicaci\u00f3 models basats en el tractament massiu dinformaci\u00f3 que permetin segmentar candidats atenent a les seves capacitats, definir plans devoluci\u00f3 i carrera personalitzats o predir situacions de desgast partint de dades davaluaci\u00f3 360\u00b0.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La segona fase contempla el desenvolupament dels seg\u00fcents m\u00f2duls funcionals:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>M\u00f2dul de categories professionals: habilitats i aptituds&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>M\u00f2dul de valoraci\u00f3 segons m\u00e8tode ILUO digital&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00f2dul de carrera professional (matriu d&#039;habilitats i roadmap professional)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00f2dul de propostes per a la promoci\u00f3 intel\u00b7ligent&nbsp;\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gesti\u00f3 d&#039;experi\u00e8ncia automatitzada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connectors amb or\u00edgens d&#039;informaci\u00f3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Millora del quadre de comandament de l&#039;eina.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La segona fase de desenvolupament del projecte Opentalent 4.0 \u00e9s una iniciativa finan\u00e7ada pel Ministeri d&#039;Ind\u00fastria, Comer\u00e7 i Turisme dins del programa de suport a les AEI per contribuir a la millora de la competitivitat de la ind\u00fastria espanyola, i amb el suport de la Uni\u00f3 Europea a trav\u00e9s del Pla de Recuperaci\u00f3, Transformaci\u00f3 i Resili\u00e8ncia i desenvolupat per&nbsp;
